Gary Kadi is a five-time author, two-time documentarian and organizational-change expert who turns ambitious visions into systems that produce measurable growth. He created a category in dentistry, Complete Health Dentistry, reshaping how practitioners and patients understand the link between oral health and whole-body health. He advised Align Technology and built the distribution system that equipped general practitioners to bring Invisalign into their practices. He later turned his practice management company into an employee-owned ESOP, consolidated its leading practices and transitioned them to private equity. The company made the Inc. 5000.
Over three decades he has helped more than 6,000 entrepreneurs build businesses that serve both their lives and their legacy. What connects him to those founders is everything he has had to move through: autism in the family, alcoholism, workaholism, and the ones nobody escapes, building through 9/11 in New York City, the Great Recession and carrying an industry through COVID. That is where the empathy comes from.
After the exit he entered what he calls Rewirement™, not retirement. Nobody in this generation is going to stop working. It is not stopping, it is building differently. He was nontechnical and openly AI-resistant until AI, as he puts it, found him. Today he runs a one-person, $5 million advisory company three days a week, from 11am to 4pm.
