Founder story
Gary Kadi is a five-time author, two-time documentarian and organizational-change expert who turns ambitious visions into systems that produce measurable growth. He created a category in dentistry, Complete Health Dentistry, reshaping how practitioners and patients understand the link between oral health and whole-body health. He advised Align Technology and built the distribution system that equipped general practitioners to bring Invisalign into their practices. He later turned his practice management company into an employee-owned ESOP, consolidated its leading practices and transitioned them to private equity. The company made the Inc. 5000.
Over three decades he has helped more than 6,000 entrepreneurs build businesses that serve both their lives and their legacy. What connects him to those founders is everything he has had to move through: autism in the family, alcoholism, workaholism, and the ones nobody escapes, building through 9/11 in New York City, the Great Recession and carrying an industry through COVID. That is where the empathy comes from.
After the exit he entered what he calls Rewirement™, not retirement. Nobody in this generation is going to stop working. It is not stopping, it is building differently. He was nontechnical and openly AI-resistant until AI, as he puts it, found him. Today he runs a one-person, $5 million advisory company three days a week, from 11am to 4pm.

Co-founder story
Gus Waite builds the door when there isn't one. He never went to college. When New York wouldn't hire him as an actor, he started his own theater company, then a school that taught actors to book TV commercials, then a studio the city's biggest casting directors rented to run their auditions.
He came into real estate the same way and found it worked like stand-up comedy. The audience's biggest fear is being embarrassed, and his gift was making nervous people feel safe. He was Rookie of the Year in his first year. He went all in on SEO before anyone in the industry knew the term, and his videos held the #1 Google result for hundreds of Manhattan rental buildings. He helped grow a small relocation firm, Daniel Baum, into a business that Dwellworks, the world's largest corporate relocation company, went on to acquire, and every agent kept their job through the deal. As managing broker of its Station Cities division, he led more than 100 agents across three states and moved over 1,000 corporate transferees a year into New York, from new hires to CEOs. When COVID shut down 95% of the business, he built a channel through Zillow that closed 160 deals and $98.2 million in property while the rest of the market waited.
What connects him to founders is everything he has had to move through. Gus has been sober and in recovery from alcoholism since his early 20s. Recovery gave him the disciplines that still run his life: rigorous honesty, daily practice, service, and the ability to laugh at himself. It taught him that lasting change is an inside job. It's also why founders tell him things they haven't told anyone else.
Four years ago he turned his curiosity to AI, long before most business owners had opened a chatbot. He founded Growth Pilot Partners to bring it into small businesses. That proved the idea, and it taught him this couldn't be built alone. Then he met Gary Kadi and Taran Agarwal. The three of them filmed a documentary in a shed, and delegAIte™ came out of it.
Today Gus designs the workflows behind every system delegAIte™ delivers, and Taran's team builds them. His job is to connect the vision with the people and the outcome, so everyone he works with does more of what they love and less of what they don't. He believes people are wired to connect with themselves, with each other and with something greater, and the technology only earns its place if it serves those connections. He measures his work by whether the people around him come out better than they went in.
