We built a single intelligence system that connects every source, filters for exactly what matters, links projects across time, and delivers a sorted pipeline to the team before the day starts.
We mapped where the contractor's BD process was really spending its time: someone checking government tender portals, someone scanning news for project announcements, someone tracking LinkedIn for early signals like a factory groundbreaking or a developer's next move. The system was only as strong as its most fragmented point.
