The deal team at a private markets platform was spending hours each week on manual screening and messy transaction records. We built two internal platforms: an AI deal screener that generates rationales and syncs to Salesforce, Slack, and Google Slides in a single click, and a QA engine that catches duplicates and validates every field across their deal database.
We built two distinct internal platforms: a deal screening tool that generates AI rationales and summaries with one-click Salesforce sync and Google Slides export, and a transaction QA engine that runs fuzzy matching and field-level validation across deal records. Both were built to slot directly into the platform's existing workflows so deal analysts could get faster outputs without changing how they operated day-to-day.
