This policy covers delegaite.co, operated by delegAIte™, a Right This Way Ventures company. It explains what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to have it removed. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@delegaite.co and we will answer.
1. What we collect
There are exactly two places on this site where you give us information.
The qualification form
When you use “See if you qualify”, “Deploy this agent” or any similar button, you submit:

The consent checkbox on that form is not optional decoration. Ticking it is your express agreement to receive emails, text messages and phone calls from delegAIte™ about your submission. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 6), and withdrawing it does not affect anything we did while it was in force.
Booking a call
Every “Book a call” button hands you to Calendly, a third party. What you type into Calendly goes to Calendly, under Calendly’s own privacy policy, and we receive the booking details it passes back to us.
Collected automatically
This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and operational purposes.
2. Where your information goes
A qualification form submission is sent to our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), where it is stored as a contact record tagged as a website lead. It is read by the delegAIte™ team. It is not sold, rented or traded, and we do not share it with anyone outside the processors listed here.

3. Your information is not used to train AI models
We do not use what you submit here to train, fine-tune or evaluate any AI model, and we do not pass it to a third party to do so.
4. How it is protected
Traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Submissions are stored encrypted at rest by our processors. Access inside delegAIte™ is limited to the people who need it to answer you. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
5. How long we keep it
We keep a contact record for as long as there is an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship, and afterwards only for as long as we need it to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
6. Your choices and rights
- Stop the messages. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to hello@delegaite.co. We act on the request either way.
- See what we hold. Ask, and we will tell you what is in your record.
- Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask, and we will delete your record except anything we are required to retain.
If you are in California, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, plus the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. To exercise any right, write to hello@delegaite.co.
7. Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted something, tell us and we will delete it.
8. Where we operate
delegAIte™ operates from the United States, and information you submit is processed there. If you are outside the United States, submitting the form means your information is transferred to the United States.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will change this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
