These terms govern your use of delegaite.co, operated by delegAIte™, a Right This Way Ventures company. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
delegaite.co is a marketing website. It describes what delegAIte™ does, shows work we have done, and offers two ways to start a conversation: booking a call, and submitting the qualification form.
Nothing on this site is a contract or an offer capable of acceptance. Prices shown are current indications, not quotes. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and that agreement, not this page, sets what is delivered.
2. The Agent Store is a catalogue of capability
The Agent Store lists agentic workflows that delegAIte™ can build and install. Some are marked Live, meaning they have been built and deployed. The rest describe workflows in the library that would be configured to your business during an engagement.
Listings describe the intended function of each agent, its typical process steps and the systems it would connect to. They are descriptions of capability. They are not a guarantee that a particular agent will work in your environment, against your data, or produce a particular result. Fit is determined during scoping, not by browsing this page.
3. Case studies and testimonials
Case studies describe real engagements with named clients. The figures in them are as reported by the client or measured during the engagement, and several are expressed as ranges because that is how they were measured.
They are not typical results, and they are not a promise of your results. Outcomes depend on your business, your data, your team and how far you take the work. Testimonials are the individual views of the people named, given without payment.
4. Booking a call and submitting the form
The qualification form asks for information about you and your business so a person can judge whether we are a fit. Submitting it does not entitle you to an engagement, and we may decline. Please give accurate information, and do not submit anyone else’s details as your own.
Ticking the consent box is your agreement to be contacted by email, text message and phone about your submission. What we do with what you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
- Do not scrape it at a scale that degrades it for anyone else.
- Do not submit false, automated or third-party contact details through the form.
- Do not copy the site’s content, structure or catalogue for a competing offering.
6. Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, catalogue and diagrams belong to delegAIte™ or its licensors. delegAIte™, The Agentic Company Blueprint™ and Rewirement™ are trademarks of delegAIte™. Client names and logos in the case studies belong to those clients and appear with their permission. You may quote or link to the site with attribution. You may not republish it.
7. Third-party links and services
The site links out to Calendly for scheduling and to third-party profiles and podcasts. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it, including pricing and catalogue entries, without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, delegAIte™ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or for any decision you make in reliance on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud. Liability arising from an engagement is governed by that engagement’s own agreement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which delegAIte™ is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
