New rep ramp and ongoing skill development typically rely on shadowing calls, occasional manager roleplay sessions, or generic e-learning modules that don't reflect how the organization's actual buyers object and negotiate

Manager-led roleplay doesn't scale beyond a handful of sessions per rep per quarter, and there is rarely a consistent, objective way to measure whether a rep's objection handling or discovery skills are actually improving over time

As a result, reps often hit live prospect calls under-prepared for the specific objections common to the company's market, and skill gaps go undiagnosed until they show up as lost deals

This agent runs configurable, voice or text-based roleplay simulations against realistic AI buyer personas modeled on the company's actual ICP and common objections drawn from real call data, then scores the rep's performance against a structured rubric (discovery quality, objection handling, next-step clarity) and delivers specific, actionable feedback immediately after each session

The agent is triggered on-demand by a rep or scheduled as part of an onboarding curriculum, presenting a configurable buyer persona (industry, seniority, common objections) built from patterns extracted from real call transcripts and win/loss data. It conducts a live conversational roleplay using LLM-driven dialogue that adapts to the rep's responses, staying in character and raising objections dynamically based on how the conversation unfolds. After the session, it scores the interaction against a structured rubric using LLM analysis of the transcript, compares performance to the rep's prior sessions and team benchmarks, and delivers a scored report with specific coaching recommendations to both the rep and their manager.

1

Configure the Simulation Scenario

  • Select or auto-assign a buyer persona based on rep's role and skill gap area
  • Pull common objections for that persona type from real call transcript patterns
  • Set scenario difficulty and specific skill focus (discovery, negotiation, closing)
  • Brief the rep on scenario context before the session starts
Outcome: A realistic, targeted roleplay scenario is configured and ready to run.
2

Conduct the Live Roleplay

  • Engage the rep in a dynamic, voice or text-based conversation as the buyer persona
  • Raise objections and ask questions consistent with the configured persona
  • Adapt responses in real time based on how the rep handles each exchange
  • Run the session to a natural conclusion (next steps agreed, or stalled)
Outcome: A complete, realistic practice conversation is captured for scoring.
3

Score Performance Against Rubric

  • Analyze the transcript for discovery question quality and depth
  • Evaluate objection handling technique against best-practice patterns
  • Assess next-step clarity and overall conversation control
  • Compare scores against the rep's historical sessions and team benchmark
Outcome: The rep receives an objective, structured performance score across key skill dimensions.
4

Deliver Coaching Feedback

  • Generate specific, example-based feedback tied to moments in the transcript
  • Recommend a follow-up scenario targeting the weakest skill area
  • Share the scored report with the rep's manager
  • Track skill progression over time across repeated sessions
Outcome: The rep gets immediate, actionable coaching and managers gain visibility into skill development trends across the team.
