This agent continuously tracks emissions, discharge, and waste generation data against the plant's specific permit limits, flagging any reading approaching or exceeding a threshold in near real time so corrective action can be taken before a reportable exceedance occurs
It also auto-compiles the periodic regulatory reports required by each permit, pulling from the same continuously validated dataset
The agent ingests continuous emissions monitoring data, wastewater discharge sampling results, and hazardous waste manifest records, mapping each data stream against the specific limits and reporting requirements defined in the plant's environmental permits. It applies threshold monitoring to flag readings approaching or exceeding permit limits in near real time, and separately compiles the periodic regulatory report format required by each permit (e.g., Title V semiannual, NPDES discharge monitoring report, RCRA biennial report) using the same validated underlying data. Alerts and completed report drafts are routed to the EHS team.
