Implant Inventory and Identity Capture
- Ingest consignment and owned implant inventory with lot, serial, UDI, expiration, and vendor from supply chain and vendor-managed inventory systems.
- Capture intraoperative implant usage from OR documentation, preference cards, barcode/UDI scans, and implant logs.
- Match used implants to patient, procedure, surgeon, and case identifiers in the surgical record.
- Flag missing UDI/lot/serial at case close for immediate remediation.
Expiration, Consignment, and Charge Validation
