The agent accepts scanned or photographed markup images, cloud-based markup exports, and tablet annotation files, then uses image recognition to identify sheet numbers, markup locations, and comment text. Each markup is logged against the corresponding drawing sheet and revision with a unique tracking ID, categorized by discipline and urgency, and matched to open or resolved status. A consolidated tracker is updated in real time and flagged items are surfaced to the responsible drafter ahead of the next issuance.
