How we built it
We built a full funnel from Facebook Ads into an AI chatbot that qualifies leads by grade level, family situation, and program fit, then routes them into tiered CRM pipelines with automated drip sequences, payment links, and scholarship workflows. Skool community placement and tier assignment happen automatically at the end of enrollment, requiring zero manual handoff.
