A custom AI operating system for mineral rights acquisition that reads plat maps and ownership documents, calculates acreage and ownership positions, and generates contracts and proposals in batch across four previously separate systems.
How we built it
We built a document intelligence pipeline that reads plat maps and ownership documents, extracts ownership positions and NRA calculations, and feeds them into batch contract and proposal generation from templates. Four previously separate workflow areas (Google Drive, CRM, Convey640, and GoHighLevel) were consolidated into one operating system that handles the entire mineral acquisition process end-to-end.
