A two-phase production system for a New York content studio: a client portal where AI converts vague feedback into specific retouching instructions, plus an intake gate that scores job quality and blocks incomplete briefs before a single frame is worked on.
How we built it
We built a client-facing image review portal where clients mark up photos and leave feedback, and an AI assistant converts vague requests like 'make it pop' into specific, actionable retouching steps. Production intake is gated by a Qualified Input Score that checks job completeness and flags risk before a single frame is worked on, cutting the revision cycles that previously cost the studio the most time.
